Not especially remarkable on the tourist map of Turkey Hevek (Hevek) (Yaylalar) is at one and a half o'clock (21 km) drivings on a colourful dirt road from Barkhal. This rather remote village was stretched at height more than 2000 m, but has, (0466/832-2001) several quite good hotels of Turkey belonging to one owner. Most available of them — Altunay Pansiyon with 25 berths (€9 from the person). Through the road is newer Сamyuva Pansiyon (half board), local luxury with the general hall and open kitchen. There are also some good four-seater chalets (€30 for a lodge). Excellent manager Ismail operates also huge quite good grocery shop with a bakery on a ground floor, rents mules (€30 a day) and will organise hikes to mountains. In the village are available both modern concrete, and centenary wood houses, but the unique local sight is the Ottoman bridge at first Kyorakhmet's (Korahmet) plains lower on a current so tourist rest in Turkey here is fascinating in the main thing colourful districts. Dolmusha Hevek in Yusufeli leave at a dawn and if you go on it is mute, the delightful road with smart views of tourist Turkey is guaranteed to you.
