Brown Eye Pencil (I used Pencil Me In Cosmetics Eye Pencil in Brownie)
Lip Lacquer (I used Wet Wild MegaLast Liquid Lip Color in Raisin the Roof)
1. I applied it to my cheekbones, bridge of my nose, above the cupid’s bow, under eye area, and in the folds between my nose and mouth. Then swipe the luminizer over eyelids, blending up just beyond the crease to add a bit of shimmer. 2. Use your finger to blend the eye pencil and the luminizer. Line your lower lashes as well, if desired. Define your brows by filling them with the pencil, using very light strokes. Blend with an eyebrow brush or q-tip. 3.
