Joel annouced that he was retiring from the pop music in 1993 but has continued to tour sometimes with Elton John and after he married with Katie Lee Joel, they bought this $ 18,75million hideaway in the Hamptons. This house was made in rustic design and looks like it was built for decades and to keep the rustic look, the homeowner intentionally not re-paint the house to maintain the old looks. A luxury hideout, but never see from the look, because the price is more shocking than the building appearance. But i think that t he price is worthed with the peace and the beautiful landscape view from the balcony, the white sea shores with crashing waves and the green yards as long as the eye can see, makes this house a perfect hideout for anyone who wants lots of privacy.
