This office was the office of Thames Water Office a global leader in full-service engineering, construction and operations, moved into the Northside of the 7th Floor at The Point, Paddington. The Saracen interiors transformed the empty shell into an attractive, fully functioning, partitioned and furnished workspace. Maximizing the use of natural light which floods into the building through full height glazing, this company made extensive use of glass partitioning showcasing a theme relating to project work being undertaken. Working within the constraints of the building design and it is environmentally friendly climate control system, Saracen designed meeting rooms and office space, added new kitchens and toilet facilities and created dedicated comes and server room facilities, where air conditioning systems were installed to maintain stable temperatures and humidity levels. To meet the client’s IT and data supply requirements, Saracen also designed ans installed a new multiple network system which integrates with The Point’s advantaged building management system.
