In a southwest part of the small town there is one of the brightest quarters Suzhou concentrating round Panmen (A twisted gate) and a site of the city wall constructed still in 514 by the governor of the kingdom At He Lu. Паньмэнь - unique from 8 gate which have remained up to now, there is no time decorating Suzhou. The most successful way to this zone conducts with the South, through the fine arch bridge in China — Umentsyao - the highest in the small town of Suzhou, - with the cut-down steps. From the bridge fascinating views of the channel and vessels floating on it (the bus No. 7 going from жд of the station, passes by the southernmost tip of a ditch) open. Directly снутри Panmen is placed bright Zhuyguanta (CNY 6) - a 1000-year pagoda now restored to life from ruins. There is no time in this pagoda the most rare Buddhist pearl mortar (at present being exhibited at the Museum Suzhou) was stored. The Chinese bridges, being characterised special architecture, deserve special attention.
